- It is narrated on the authority of 'Abdullah ibn' Amr that the Prophet Muhammad saw (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: A Muslim is one from whose tongue and hand (other) Muslims are safe, and a Muhajir is one who gives up those things which Allaah has forbidden.
- Imam Bukhari (may Allah have mercy on him) says that Abu Mu'awiyah says that Dawood narrated it to us. He narrated it from Amir Shabi.
- And 'Abd al-'Ali narrated it from Dawood. He narrated it from Amir. He narrated it from' Abdullah.

- Hazrat Abu Musa Al-Ash'ari (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Companions (may Allah be pleased with them) asked the Messenger of Allah Muhammad saw (may peace be upon him): Which Muslim is better? The Prophet Muhammad saw (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: May Muslims be safe from his hands and tongue.
- It is narrated on the authority of Abu Hurayrah that the Messenger of Allah, Muhammad saw may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said: I swear by the One in Whose hand is my soul that none of you can be a believer unless he is above his parents and children. Don't love me
- It is narrated on the authority of Anas that the Prophet Muhammad saw (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: None of you can be a (perfect) believer unless he loves me more than his parents, children and all people.
